The Context & Challenge
ACI Products International is an engineering and manufacturing company that holds international patents for specialized petrochemical evacuation systems. Their flagship M10-120 evacuation system is engineered to safely extract hazardous fluids and vapors from pipeline segments, storage vessels, and refinery piping prior to hot-work maintenance. However, their public digital interface was outdated and failed to explain the physics and safety economics of their patented technology.
Strategic Approach & Execution
SA was engaged to re-architect ACI’s digital brand and technical web platform. We worked with their lead engineers to deconstruct complex technical schematics, pressure tolerances, and flow-rate capabilities into clear, digestible visual presentations designed for refinery safety directors and pipeline procurement engineers.
The Deliverables & Craft
We designed and developed an enterprise industrial website featuring responsive product catalogs, downloadable PDF engineering specification sheets, interactive 3D mechanical diagrams, and embedded demonstration video modules illustrating the evacuation cycle under real-world refinery operating conditions.
Outcomes & Long-Term Impact
The new technical platform dramatically improved inbound lead quality. Engineering directors and refinery safety managers could immediately assess equipment compatibility, certifications, and operational workflows, shortening the pre-sales qualification cycle and generating verified RFPs across North America and West Africa.
